Questions before buying online

How do I place an order online?
All the steps are clearly explained at the beginning of the page “step”;
if you should have any problems while placing an order, please do not
hesitate to contact us. We will be pleased to help you.
 
What should I do to place a personalized order and/or to buy a high number of goods?
For a personalized order and/or a request to advertise on our site
please fill out the form under “services”. Our team will contact you
as soon as possible.
 
How to carefully choose my goods?
To be able to choose your correct T-shirt size please make sure you
consult the size tables which you’ll find next to the product picture
(close to the product description).
 
How to pay?
There are 3 different payment methods. You will find all the details under “methods of payment”.
If unsure, every method of payment is explained during the placement of your order. Please contact us in case you need any help.
 
Return of goods and/or refunds?
In case any of our goods arrives damaged or if it does not match your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. Warning: Do not return any goods unless agreed with us beforehand. You will only be able to return your goods after having received a return code directly from us. Please contact us in case you need any help.

The goods will have to be returned in their original package within 5 days from delivery.

The team-Respect does not refund any payment, unless:
1. The team-Respect was not able to deliver the desired product
2. The goods are damaged/flawed.
We will refund the amount as per our invoicing plus the shipping costs if the goods are considered damaged/flawed.

How to know whether order was placed or not?
Your order is valid from the moment you receive our automatic e-mail confirmation. If you don’t receive any confirmation, it might mean that you did not fill out all your details in the registration page. Make sure you inserted the correct e-mail address and that you have completed all the steps required to place an order. However, if you are still experiencing difficulties, there might be some problems on our behalf so make sure to contact us for immediate support.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive an e-mail when your order is about to be shipped. Within Switzerland it will take 3 working days to arrive. Overseas orders normally take up to 3 weeks. For more details check our “general conditions” page.

How to send us a feedback?
We are always open to new ideas and suggestions to improve the quality of our services for our customers. Please go to the contact page to get in touch with our team. On the other hand, if you prefer, be part of our community by registering in our blog.
 
Return of goods and/or refunds?
In case any of our goods arrives damaged or if it does not match your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. Warning: Do not return any goods unless agreed with us beforehand. Invoicing?
For our Swiss customers who chose to pay with a postal coupon, the latter will be included with your order. Payment is within 15, maximum 20 days. After this time limit, a recall will be sent with a price rise of 5 Swiss Francs for our administrative expenses. For other methods, a confirmation and receipt of your payment will be included with your order.

Browser?
Respect-online is compatible with the majority of browsers used, such as Windows, Macintosh and Linux. It was tested on Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari). In the event of incompatibility it is possible to use a very old browser version. Nevertheless, this problem should not occur often. In case of difficulty, contact us at help@respect-online.ch
 
How to upload Images and videos?
You will be able to upload your images and videos in our Community page to be part of the label Respect life. We remind that the content must be related to the Respect trademark and must not be unpleasant to the public. The team Respect reserves the right to discard any videos that do not respect its philosophy. If you cannot upload your video or image make sure that it does not surpass the parameters fixed in the info box next to the “upload” feature.

If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click on
“forgot password”. You will receive a new password directly in
your e-mail account which you will later be able to modify under
your profile. In case you need any help feel free to contact us.

What can I do?
Our blog is a very good instrument to publish your ideas on our website. It will allow you to interact in the life of Respect as well as enabling you to send us images and comments with regards to our label or concerning the respect topic. However, the Respect team reserves itself the right to discard/delete anything that do not embrace its philosophy. The other blog section is a diary of events or news in the life of Respect which you can consult. It will also include the results of our contests.
 
How to access the blog?
You need to register to be able to post a comment. In the first page there is a form to subscribe. If you want to later change your password or your e-mail address you will need to update them directly under your profile page.
 
How to send us your images and videos?
Our team will be glad to receive your images or videos. To be able to upload them easily you will need to respect the parameters indicated
next to the “upload” feature. You won’t be able to upload any images
or videos that surpass these parameters.

Attention: However, our Respect team reserves itself the right to
discard any images or videos that do not respect our philosophy.

Log in problems?
If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click on
“forgot password”. You will receive a new password directly in
your e-mail account which you will later be able to modify under

Newsletter?
Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter. You will receive our latest
news and information on events, contests and promotions directly
to your e-mail account (maximum of 10 e-mails per year).
 
Update Personal details?
You are able to change your personal details, such as password
and e-mail address, at any time. After receiving your confirmation,
the latest details registered will be valid.
