Conclusion of contract

With the completion and forwarding of the online order form the customer accepts in a binding way the stipulation of the purchase’s contract, meaning that the order is in process. To avoid unwanted administrative fees for both parties, the conclusion of the final contract will be valid upon the customer’s receipt of the confirmation via electronic mail (e-mail) which confirms the shipment of the order.
This principle is valid in both Swiss territory and overseas.

 
Modifications

Respect reserves the right to modify its general conditions any time, the new version annul the preceding ones. Only the latest version will be applied and available on our website.

 
Costs

The prices on the website are final, includes all taxes (Swiss IVA) valid in the EU territory. Shipping costs will be determined and billed separately based on the delivery address.

For large orders Respect will contact the customer to discuss the best solution for delivering the order. In this case we ask customers to contact us, and our team will happily address your questions.

1. The delivery takes place in every country listed in the order form on our site www.respect-online.ch

2. Orders will normally be shipped within a few days, after the verification of the details and the contract’s terms mentioned above.

3. Time of delivery
for Switzerland: maximum 3 working days,
Rest of EU (countries of distribution listed by Respect): the delivery will be carried out within three weeks depending on the delivery address.

Remark:

Respect normally uses the services of the Swiss Post for the private deliveries EconomyPac, and normally takes three days to leave our territory, thus the time of delivery above mentioned is indicative. The costs of delivery are indicated on the Respect website and are the costs applied by the Swiss Post. Respect is not responsible for any chances in the costs of delivery. We reserve the right to adjust the delivery costs any time, depending on the rates imposed by Swiss Post.

Methods of payment

Methods of payment
1. Swiss territory only: payment via Swiss Post coupon included inside the delivery box of your goods. Payment is to be completed within 15 days after delivery, hence Respect expects payments no later than 20 days after delivery.

2. Direct deposit via e-banking to our bank, or payment via postal order via SWIFT and IBAN.

While ordering online, you will automatically receive all the information related to banking payments, you need to print this document (warning: this document does not serve as a receipt. It is a copy of the order’s registration and will provide you with the information to carry out the payment). The items below will appear on the payment order form:

a) the name of the beneficiary’s bank
b) the IBAN and SWIFT numbers of the beneficiary’s bank
c) the name of the beneficiary (account’s holder)

3. Through Paypal with a valid credit card. All the necessary steps are explained during the order’s registration procedure. Upon receipt of the payment’s confirmation, your order will be shipped within the terms of delivery previously listed.

(Note: to avoid unnecessary administrative costs, the goods will only be shipped after the payment is confirmed by the bank). An e-mail confirming the conclusion of the contract will be sent electronically). If you require further assistance please contact us.

 
Confirmation

A confirmation of the contract’s conclusion will be sent via e-mail in accordance with the above mentioned terms. A printed copy of the receipt with a ‘paid’ inscription will be included in the package when method of payment number 2 or 3 is selected. The conclusion of the contract will not be accepted before the crediting of the sum due to the Group Respect is finalised. The lack of payment will automatically cancel the order. You will be informed of the cancellation of your order via
e-mail.

 
Return of goods

In case of damaged or defective goods, or in case the goods do not correspond to the actual order, please contact us via e-mail without hesitation. Note: Do not send goods back without contacting us and prior to your have received a code from us to return the product(s). In case of help need please contact us.

 
Responsibility

Respect is responsible for all items and designs offered in the e-shop of Respect online. They are normally not defected and are always double-checked before packing. However, if a manufacturing defect should exist or damages during shipping should occur, Respect will take the responsibility, with due reservation, to reimburse the customer including the cost of returning the item(s).

In the event an article is consistent with the customer’s order but is damaged after delivery (es: washing, staining, make-up or foundation cream traces, burnings, ecc…) Respect denies responsibility for these damages. The customer will be held directly responsible

The Respect team will not refund money for any order unless:
1. The Respect team could not delivery the goods
2. The article is faulty (please refer to the “return of goods” and “responsibility” sections).

The contract, according to the present General conditions and the conclusion of the contract, is subjected exclusively to the Swiss code.

The Swiss civil code will be applied for both customers based on Swiss soil and customers based overseas.

The place of jurisdiction is in Switzerland (Lugano) where Respect is based. The applicable law is the Swiss one.
